These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SpinFormula, operated by Win Vision N.V. under a licence issued by Curaçao eGaming (licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1). By registering an account or continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions set out below. If you do not agree, you must not use SpinFormula.

These terms apply to adult residents of the United Kingdom and other eligible jurisdictions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of SpinFormula after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on SpinFormula. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the site. We may request documentary evidence of age or identity at any point, and we may restrict or close your account until satisfactory verification is received.

You are permitted to hold only one account on SpinFormula. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited. If we identify duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close the additional accounts, void any associated balances or bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We strongly advise against sharing your password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us through our support team immediately.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must also keep your profile details up to date. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your name, address, or date of birth — may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any funds held within it.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is £20, and the minimum withdrawal amount is £20. Deposits are processed using the payment methods we make available, and withdrawals are subject to the same verification requirements that apply to your account generally. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 0–24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of opt-in. As a general principle, bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the combined bonus and free spin winnings before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonus offers are valid for a defined period — typically seven days from the date of activation — and will expire if the wagering requirement has not been met within that window. Maximum cashout limits may apply to bonus-derived winnings.

We do not permit the use of automated software, bots, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to circumvent our systems. Collusion between players, chip-dumping, and any form of fraudulent conduct are likewise prohibited. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect such activity, we reserve the right to suspend your account, withhold funds, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

Our liability to you in connection with the use of SpinFormula is limited to the balance held in your account at the time a dispute arises. We are not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, temporary maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any disputes should be raised with our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
